Lemon Garlic Chicken



This Lemon Garlic Chicken recipe is full of flavor and great for people on the Keto or gluten-free diet. Delicious food is made when you mix sour lemon, fragrant garlic, and salty chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper

Add chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are coated evenly with the marinade

Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

Place marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
